Our neighborhood, nestled in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Range and Summit County, is located ten miles from downtown Park City, Utah, 25 miles from downtown Salt Lake City and less than 30 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport. we are also conveniently located 6 miles from The Canyons and 10 miles from Deer Valley Ski Resort and Park City Mountain Resort.

South Ridge is on the bluff west of the Jeremy Ranch golf course. Our neighborhood is bordered by Hidden Cove and the exclusive gated communities of Moose Hollow and the Woods of Parley’s Lane. The subdivision includes a tennis court, playground and a sand volleyball court, as well as convenient access to the new Snyderville Parks and Recreation trails and park on the west end of Sunrise Drive. Walking, running, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing are popular activities near our neighborhood.

The Park City School District is a top rated school district in the state of Utah, and we also have access to excellent private schools. Health care is conveniently located. There is a new Intermountain Health Care hospital, the University of Utah Health Center at Kimball Junction and many private practices nearby. Shopping opportunities and restaurants are also available at the Jeremy Ranch exit, nearby Kimball Junction and in downtown Park City.
