Architectural Committee (Click Here)

This committee makes decisions regarding architectural and landscape design.
They are also concerned about the care and upkeep of homes and yards to the
standards written in our CCRs as well as Summit County building standards and ordinances.

Safety Committee (Click Here)

This committee is concerned with safety and security within our neighborhood.
This includes fire safety, traffic safety, animal control and prevention of crime.

Maintenance Committee (Click Here)

This committee is involved with maintenance of our neighborhood. They focus on common area
maintenance including the tennis court, sand volleyball court and playground. Snow removal
and fire road maintenance are also handled by this team. They also plan the spring cleanup of
Rasmussen Road, our neighborhood entrance and common areas.

Social Committee (Click Here)

This committee promotes socialization within the neighborhood. They coordinate our annual
Block Party and Barbeque, encourage neighbors to host TGIFs, and coordinate activities
such as the annual Yard Sale.
