Living in South Ridge
In South Ridge, our residents enjoy safety, comfort, beautiful views, the great outdoors,
internationally recognized resorts, legendary events and convenient access to resources for living.
As a result, we do have annual homeowners dues to cover the maintenance of our common areas and other expenses.
South Ridge residents are also shareholders and customers of Gorgoza Mutual Water. We are responsible for
maintaining access to quality treated water and the water system. Our residents are encouraged to volunteer their
time on a committee or are elected to the Board of Trustees to promote and preserve neighborhood quality.
Homeowners are also expected to follow the rules and regulations written in our
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs).
Many of the rules and regulations in our CCRs reinforce laws and ordinances already in effect in Summit County
or the State of Utah. Additional information can be found below. The CCRs are in place for our residents to
maintain their safety, security, comfort and property values.
